Shifts are Evenings and Weekends....
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve customer issues or concerns with empathy and accuracy

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
Work nights and weekends
Monday - Friday 5-10pm
Sat and Sunday 8:30-2pm and 2-10pm.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple computer systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
